The University of Utah Orthopaedic Center is home to the Orthopaedic Surgical Knowledge Integration (SKI) Lab. It is a state of the art hands-on surgical skills training facility designed and equipped to accommodate a wide range of cadaveric open and arthroscopic procedural training. The 1,300 square foot lab space can hold up to 12 concomitant surgical stations, and has an adjacent 1,000 square foot conference room with audio and video connectivity to the lab. The SKI Lab allows residents, fellows, and surgeons to learn and develop new surgical skills, techniques, and research interests.
